Joe was very helpful with both big picture concepts and fine points of the process over an extended period of time.
We were trying to purchase a property from an elderly seller who was always changing the schedule for closing our purchase because of family circumstances beyond her control. NJ Lenders staff and Joe in particular were patient as we all progressed toward closing the sale and the mortgage at the latest possible date under the contract just before Memorual Day weekend.
